Corporate Membership
You may assign up to 3 individuals.Primary and Associates are entitled to full club privileges.
Primary Corporate Member Initiation Fee = Call Membership Director for current rate
25% of initiation fee due upon receipt (Remaining balance due on a 5 year payment plan)
Associate Member Initiation Fee = $5,000.00/each (add up to 2 associate members)
Initiation fee payable first month of this membership
Monthly Dues Schedule = $650.00- same as General Membership
Operating dues: $526 per month (This fee keeps our club vibrant and restaurant prices competitive)
Capital Fund: $124 per month (This fee is used to improve our golf course and facilities)
Food/Beverage: $100 per month minimum (quarterly billing if needed)
Note: Unlike many other clubs, assessments are extremely rare at KCC.
Full use of club privileges and facilities including golf, pool, tennis, paddle tennis, restaurants and private rooms.
• All Corporate and Corporate Associate members have General membership status and benefits.
• Ownership of Corporate membership shall be retained by the corporation, not the individual.
• The business must be documented with the State and or County as a corporation, partnership, or LLC and provide the Club its tax identification number.
• Corporate and Corporate Associate members may be replaced for a $5,000.00 transfer fee as many times as that vacancy occurs.
• A Corporate Associate member can move up to the Corporate member status as a vacancy occurs and be replaced as Corporate Associate member for the above fee.
• If leaving the corporation, a Corporate member or Corporate Associate member in good standing may re-join and obtain a separate and individual membership at the Kalamazoo Country Club for a fee of $5,000.00.
• All club billing statements shall be issued to each individual Corporate or Corporate Associate member.
• General membership wait lists will be waived if Corporate or Corporate Associate membership is replaced within 60 days of vacancy.
• Initiation fees and replacement fees for Corporate Associate members are and will be based on 25% of the most current Corporate membership initiation fee.
The KCC has a wonderful corporate membership opportunity for a one-time fee. You can sign-up three members from your organization to have all the perks of a general KCC member. Full golf, dining, private meeting rooms, business center, family events, tennis, swimming, and more to help your team expand your opportunities.
