Social Membership ***The Best Deal in Town***
Your entitled to full use of the clubhouse, clubhouse-related activities, holiday events, pool, racquet sports, private rooms, and kids activities. This membership classification Includes limited golf opportunities. Please contact for a club tour and additional information.
One-Time Initiation fee- $2,500
Total Monthly Dues = $400.00
Operating dues = $281.00 per month
Capital Fund = $119.00 per month
Food/Beverage = $100.00/minimum (Billed Quarterly if necessary)
Junior Social Membership (Ages 21 - 34)
Entitled to full use of the clubhouse and clubhouse related activities, the pool, all racquet sports, and limited golf. Initiation fee $1,500.00 ($500 application fee, balance due payable in equal amounts at the end of the first and second year.)
Total Monthly Dues = $250.00
Operating dues: $178 per month
Capital fund: $72 per month
Food/beverage: $150 per quarter
Legacy Social Membership
Designed for children and grandchildren of current General, Senior General and Social Members…entitled to same privileges as Social members. Initiation fee (50% of the current Social Membership).
Family Privileges…children under age 21 who live at the home of current member, or who are full time students and under the age of 24, are entitled to the same privileges as the Member. Individuals who are 24 years or over will be deemed guests of their parents that are members.
