Hetal Oostveen

Hetal moved to the United States at the age of 17 having been born and raised in Zambia.  Following her arrival in the United States she attended Ferris State University obtaining a Doctorate from the College of Pharmacy. After obtaining her PharmD, she worked at Bronson Hospital as a decentralized pharmacist in the medical intensive care unit and cardiology. As a valuable member of the Bronson Pharmacy team, she is one of the few pharmacists that is diverse enough in her training to cover the operating rooms, pediatric floor and pediatric intensive care unit, as well as the neonatal intensive care unit.

 Hetal has been married to her husband, Bob, since 2007 and have two children, Liam (age 7) and Anya (age 5). As a family they have been active in many events and committees. Hetal chairs the Ladies Golf Committee and is a vocal proponent of all golf events, particularly ladies golf and junior golf. Her children have been involved in a many youth activities, including the newly created summer camp, junior golf, tennis, and the Water Show.
