Sandy Blix

Sandy is a practicing Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist; she worked for Kalamazoo Anesthesiology for 22 years and for the past 5 years practices part-time as an independent anesthesia provider in west Michigan. Sandy Graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a BSN degree and has a Master of Science from Rush University in Chicago. Sandy has also served on the board of the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra for 6 years.  Currently, she is the Chair of the Ladies Golf Committee at KCC.

Sandy and her husband Greg moved to Kalamazoo from Chicago in 1990 and have been members of the club since 1991. Greg has served on the board of KCC and was President in 2010. They are active golfers and paddle tennis players at KCC. Sandy and Greg have 3 children who all enjoyed the junior programs at KCC. Henrik, MSU graduate working in Chicago, Ingrid, a senior at Michigan, and Lenz, a senior at Portage Northern.
